[HorribleSubs] has brought this weeks NS. [hs] does not sub, they rip from "www.crunchyroll.com" and re-encode. and [CR] is not par with [DB] cause [cs] is technical when translationg in contrast to anime fansubbers. Hope that explains it for you'z.
